Giovanna advises in civil law, property rights and inheritance, condominium and leases, both in the field of ordinary and extraordinary consultancy, and in litigation. 

She deepened specific aspects of IT law and the protection of personal data. 

She is also qualified as “Data Protection Officer” (competence A4, D1, D8, D9, E3, E4, E8, E9 according to the UNI EN 16234 and the UNI 1162 – 1D.1) and holds the role of DPO in several companies.
